Cancellation and Substitution Policy |

If you cancel at any time up to August 31, 2007, a prompt refund will be made to you upon receipt of your written notice (faxes are acceptable). A USD100 (or RMB800) non-refundable registration fee will be deducted from your payment. After that date no refunds will be made. Substitutions are acceptable if requests are made on or before August 31, 2007.
If, for any reason, this conference is cancelled, we shall offer you a 100% refund of the conference fee. CEIBS shall not, however, be held responsible for covering airfares, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
