in an efficient manner, the entrepreneurial dimension and organisational
innovation is not necessarily a significant part of it. That's why
Paul Contomichalos, Former Chairman & President of Bristol-Myers
Squibb(BMS) China, Cofounder and Chairman of Profex Inc. was at
CEIBS Executive Forum on September 24, 2003.
Mr. Contomichalos shared his experience in BMS and his new start-up,
Profex Inc. and explained how he saw the difference between being
a professional manager and an entrepreneur. He also put forward
some suggestions on how to start a new business, form a clear mind,
build strong teams, create a sense of importance for analysis, and
how he created his own business model.
