Paul started up Bristol-Myers Squibb's Consumer business in 1994 as General Manager - the youngest within BMS globally. He became widely known in the industry for masterminding and directing the creation of Bufferin and Theragran consumer megabrands. From 1997 to 2000 Paul served as Chairman and President of Bristol-Myers Squibb China. In that capacity, he spearheaded a business turnaround, leading the company from a net loss to a significant net profit - to the No.2 position in China.

This is not the end of the story. In Year 2001 Paul started his own company Profex Inc., a high growth speciality healthcare company based in China. In his new role as entrepreneur, Paul is pursuing his dream of a leader with determination, vision and creativity.
