Wierdsma was one of the fou founding fathers of Nyenrode¡¯s Executive Management Development Centre (EMDC)

More then 30 years experience in designing and execution of a wide variety of large scale in-company programs for companies as: ABN/Amro, Aegon, Akzo, DSM. DHV, Deloitte., EPO, Ernst &Young, , Getronics, ING, ,Kema, KPN Telecom, KPMG, IBM, ING, Randstad, Dutch Railways (NS), Shell, Siemens, Schneider, ,Nationale Nederlanden, Vitens, VVAA . The programs are at the cutting edge between management and organizational development.

Wierdsma taught, since 1981, in most Nyenrode Executive Programs and Executive MBA programs (Nemba, Rochester Nyenrode MBA, Modulair Executive MBA in Food & Finance and Public Governance MBA ).

 

Wierdsma is a well-known (keynote) speaker, moderator and workshop-leader.
