SHORT BIO
 

Dr. Doucet received her Ph.D. and M.A. degree in management from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She was most recently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management at Wharton School. Before that, she served at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as Assistant Professor of Management, where she taught MBA, Ph.D., and Executive Education courses.

Dr. Doucet's research interests focus on emotions in organizations, service quality, performance and cross-cultural interactions. Her scholarly work has appeared in such journals as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management Journal, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, and Cultural Anthropology Methods. Dr. Doucet is a member of Academy of Management, International Association for Conflict Management, Association for International Business and American Psychological Association. She is also a member of Editorial board of Quality Management Journal.
