Professor Pham is a tenured professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, where he teaches on MBA, EMBA, Ph.D., and Executive Education Programmes. He is Faculty Director of Columbia's Strategic Marketing Management Programme for executives, one of the leading programmes of its kind in the world. His research and consulting activities focus on the areas of marketing strategy and management, branding strategy, and customer psychology. A Fellow of the Intercollegiate Centre for Management Sciences, he was recognised by the Marketing Science Institute as one of the leading marketing scholars of his generation. He served on the Board of Directors of the Advertising Educational Foundation.
