Professor Brooks, Associate Professor of Management, has been involved with CEIBS since 1996 as a member of faculty and has served as an academic advisor to the Executive Education Programmes. He has also been a Visiting Member of Faculty at the Judge Institute of Management, University of Cambridge, and a member of the Core Faculty at the City University Business School Health Management Group in London. He teaches on the MBA and Executive Education Programmes in the areas of project management, business process improvement and change management. Professor Brooks is now visiting faculty spending his time between CEIBS and the University of Auckland Business School, New Zealand. |

| CORPORATE EXPERIENCE |

Building on an early career in Engineering Project Management, Professor Brooks has an extensive background in international management consulting, including being owner/manager of two specialist consulting firms, one focused on project and change management, the second in the healthcare industry. During that period, he has worked with clients in the government and private sectors worldwide as a consultant and interim director, managing and advising on a variety of client projects including large IT systems development, organisation development, service design and implementation, and business process improvement.
As an academic advisor to CEIBS in China, Professor Brooks has designed and delivered tailored programmes for Digital, Eli Lilly, Maersk, BASF, ABB, L'Oréal, Schindler, Honeywell, Hoechst, Ping An Insurance etc.
