Dr. Chun Chang is Professor of Finance at CEIBS, on leave from University of Minnesota. He was Minnesota Banking Industry Associate Professor of Finance in Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Dr. Chang is Co-Editor in China Economic Review and serves on the editorial boards of Annals of Economics and Finance, etc. He also provides consultation for World Bank, Northwest Airline, Pillsbury Company, Grand Metropolitan, etc.
Dr. Chang received his Ph. D. in Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. His current research interests are Corporate Finance, Banking and Financial Institutions, Theory of Organizations, Labor Economics and Asian Economic Reforms and Development. His publications appear in Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Monetary Economics, Journal of Business, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, to name a few. He also co-authors several academic books.
