Description

More and more business managers are realizing that people management is the key to business management. People are the most important resource in a company, and people management is not only a major task of HR function, but also a “compulsory course” for every manager. Happy people have more energy and are more efficient in work and more optimistic in life. To know how to have happier employees, one must understand their psychology first.

Objective

This programme provides a completely new perspective on traditional Human Resources Management (HRM). It analyzes the human nature and culture, combines management psychology to various theories on organization management, discusses the basic rules of individual psychology and behavior, and expatiates how to align HRM actions with corporate development strategy.

Participants

This programme is designed for senior executives and HR managers in businesses. These people have direct influence on organizational efficiency and HR policy. Specifically, the programme is very helpful for senior executives of Greater China Area who usually need to develop and implement business strategies and hope to improve and build their skills in strategic HR management. Senior executives with interests in exploring HR management problems and seeking new approaches that combine HR management with strategic thinking will also benefit from the programme.

Comments From Participants

HR management involves several modules. Instead of discussing HR management itself, the programme explores the essence and relevant factors of interpersonal interaction and communication from such new perspectives as psychology, human nature, and culture. It's helpful for my personal career and my organization's long-term HR development. The professor delivered the course in an attractive, effective and efficient manner and showed superior ability in time management, participant engagement and feedback.

The programme has enabled me to have a greater understanding of the behaviors of individuals, groups and organisations as well as the impact of psychology, human nature, and culture. It’s helpful for me to build and develop a successful team by motivating and caring people. I would like to recommend the wonderful programme offered by CEIBS to others.

Compared with several HR-related programmes I had taken before, this one is a completely new experience for me. Rather than focusing on management tools, the instructor considered you as a unique individual and taught us how to work productively and happily.

Participating in this training programme has been beneficial to me. The content was just spot-on for me as a manager who never practised finance management before but has to now. CEIBS did a good job in keeping focus on the content and the quality of the training.
