  Description

In a changing world, executives know that it takes more than good management and technology to succeed. The key to success today is to mobilise your people, to have a shared vision and responsibility, and to act quickly and vigorously to gain and sustain a competitive edge. Capabilities in leadership and change management are the essential skills that a successful manager must possess.

  Objective

The primary goal of this programme is to provide concepts, understanding and tools to lead and engage an entire organisation in planning and implementing change. The programme will explore factors contributing to the participants' leadership effectiveness, and help them understand their leadership style and characteristics so that they can better leverage their strengths and potential. The participants will learn how to deal with resistant people and build coalitions between players with different perspectives to effectively plan and implement changes in organisations.

  Participants

The programme is designed for executives from diverse industries and companies whose decisions have a significant impact on others and on their organisations. What I have gained from the four-day study is an understanding of the truth that an outstanding leader must select the right person for the right position; must guide his people to conduct product/service innovation and organisational change; must develop a unique corporate culture and spirit which no others can copy; must act as a model of moral strength for his people to follow; must be decisive and keep improving executive force; and, last but not least, must leverage his influence with his personal qualities rather than with the power from his position in organisation.
