The primary goal of this programme is to provide concepts, understanding and tools to lead and engage an entire organisation in planning and implementing change. The programme will explore factors contributing to the participants' leadership effectiveness, and help them understand their leadership style and characteristics so that they can better leverage their strengths and potential. The participants will learn how to deal with resistant people and build coalitions between players with different perspectives to effectively plan and implement changes in organisations. |
