Multinationals have long sought to increase their presence in China, and in recent times more and more Chinese companies have also ventured beyond China’s border to transform to legitimate multinationals. This increasingly flat world of commerce has not only created opportunities but also challenges for organisations. CEIBS and INSEAD have partnered to develop the Multinational Management programme, taught by outstanding faculty from both schools. The programme is designed for senior managers with at least 8 years of managerial experience. Preferably they are directly in charge of the internationalisation strategy of their businesses or are expected to contribute significantly to that strategy and its execution. Senior Executive Programme

Venturing Beyond Borders - and Win

Becoming multinational - many European companies have done it. So have American companies. Now Asian firms are beginning to set their business targets on lands far from their home countries too. Pushing frontiers, redefining limits of growth opportunities. From America to Asia - the drive and ambition to take their business across borders seem to be very much a universal aspiration. While the desire to become truly international is on the minds of many business leaders, how to operate successfully and profitably in different countries is a question an international company always asks itself too.
