The China Strategy Development Programme is designed to help global senior executives to meet this challenge. Leadership Development Programme
Leadership Development Programme is aimed at middle to senior managers to enhance individual leadership skills and organisational effectiveness. It usually includes 5-6 core functional modules and a group project where participants can apply what they learnt in the classroom.
The core modules are:

- Finance for Executives
- Marketing Strategy

- Operations and Supply Chain
- Corporate Strategy
Each module lasts 3-4 days with a 2-3 month interval between two modules.
In addition, every participant will be asked to work on and complete a group project. The main objective is to evaluate participant classroom learning and their ability to apply the knowledge to meet company specific challenges.
