Developing Your Company Specific Programme
"A process to ensure a solution which supports your business strategy and company culture."
Our experience tells us that the following two elements are vital for the success of CSP:
- Full support from top management of the client company ? top management should actively support and be involved in all phases including programme design, delivery and evaluation
- A partnership approach ? a partnership approach are based on a shared understanding of your business strategy and company culture

1. Partnership Team Establishment
We begin with an exploratory meeting to determine business goals, learning objectives and desired outcomes.
During this meeting, a team of CEIBS Programme Director, Project Manager and Programme Sponsor, Programme Manager from Client Company will be nominated and formed with the full responsibilities of overseeing the whole programme design, development and supervision.
2. Training Needs Analysis
CEIBS conducts a thorough needs analysis in order to gain an intimate knowledge of a company's strategic priorities, culture and climate, a deep understanding of needs and challenges, and a common set of objectives.
With client guidance, CEIBS gathers information that will guide the overall course design effort and form the basis for planning company specific lectures, cases and projects.
3. Draft Proposal Discussion and Finalisation
CEIBS CSP Project Manager proposes draft proposal for each programme with a collaborative effort between the Programme Director, CEIBS faculty and designated representatives from the Client Company.
When the draft proposal is finalised, the CEIBS team moves ahead with the development of specific content sessions including case studies, as well as company specific projects.
4. Programme Delivery
Although flexibility of delivery location is one of the hallmarks of the Company Specific Programmes, we encourage that programmes be held on the CEIBS campus. We believe that the campus environment is effective in taking managers away from their day-to-day operation and allowing them to test ideas in a risk-free setting.
All aspects of logistics issues are managed by CEIBS Programme Coordinator. Be it for a 3-day programme or a multi-module programme, CEIBS faculty guide participants through a challenging agenda.
5. Programme Evaluation and Follow-up
The immediate feedback on content, pedagogy and faculty is reviewed during or after each module and forms the basis for programme refinement after each delivery.
CEIBS can facilitate the client company to implement action learning plan, which address real challenges in the organisations.
