Biography: Dr. Zheng is director of Department of Foreign Exchange Administration of the Shanghai Headquarters of PBOC, senior member of China Law Society,  secretary-general of the National Finance Youth League, and adjunct professor of CEIBS. He holds his PhD degree from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Dr. Zheng was previously deputy director of Capital Account Administration Department of State Administration of Foreign Exchange, deputy director of Department of Foreign Exchange Administration of the Shanghai Headquarters of PBOC; deputy governor of Shanghai Branch of State Administration of Foreign Exchange and deputy governor of Shanghai Branch of PBOC. His research focus includes Finance, Foreign Exchange, Law, Management, etc., with publications such as Opening of Chinese Securities Market and Strategic Choices, Capital Account Administration under New Situation, etc.
