Biography: Mr. Tu is vice chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission, vice president of the International Finance Association of China and adjunct professor of CEIBS. He holds his master’s degree in Economics from Peking University. Mr. Tu was previously secretary-general of China Securities Regulatory Commission and general manager of Shanghai Stock Exchange.
