Biography: Mr. Xiang is governor of the Agricultural Bank of China and adjunct professor of CEIBS. He holds his master’s degree in Economics from Nankai University and PhD in Law from Peking University. He was previously vice president of Nanjing Audit University, director of Personnel Department of National Audit Office of the PRC, deputy auditor-general of National Audit Office, deputy governor of PBOC and director of Shanghai Headquarters of PBOC.
