Class (Programme) Coordinator

    
Position: Class (Programme) Coordinator-00116
Location: Beijing Shanghai Shenzhen

Major responsibilities:

Responsible for students and class administration before, during and after the program;
To be enthusiastic in building and developing class culture, creating platform of information sharing and communication;
Organize and coordinate high profile class activities/events;
Expand the popularity and reputation of CEIBS and assist promoting CEIBS’ brand & program through students network;
Assist faculty in teaching EMBA program at CEIBS;
Support admission and other functions.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor or above degree;
At least 3 years working experience in education field or administration/customer service function; or postgraduates with master degree;
Good command of communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Initiative to provide service to customers (faculty, participants, colleagues) and improve program quality and customer satisfaction constantly;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good command of both Chinese and English;
Detail oriented, well organized, self motivated, proactive and fast learner;
Team work, high ethical standard, able to handle stress and capable in crisis settlement.
