About Us
HBS Case Distribution Center at CEIBS (China Europe International Business School) is authorized by Harvard Business School Publishing (HBSP) to distribute Harvard Business School Cases in English and Harvard Business Review articles in English in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
Eligible Customers
Currently, the Center only provides cases and reprints to PCMPCL (Program on Case Method and Participant-Centered Learning organized by HBS) participating schools in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong. Full list is as follows (in alphabetical order):

Teaching Notes are not provided by the Center, and professors in need of such materials should contact Harvard Business School Publishing directly.
Customers who need Harvard Business School Cases in Chinese or Harvard Business Review articles in Chinese please contact HBSP directly for translation permission.
Order Procedure
Step 1, search product # and product title from Harvard Business School Publishing website.
Step 2, fill in the ORDER FORM and return it to the Center by fax, mail or email. For detailed contact information, please see Contact Us.
Step 3, make payments. Customers should make due payments to the Center on a quarterly basis. For specific instructions, please go to Forms of Payment.

The Center provides products in two formats:
- Shipped Copy: hard copies that will be photocopied and shipped by the Center to the customer.
- Copyright Permission: copies that the customer plans to reproduce by itself.
Please be noted that the minimum amount per order will be US $10.00.
Shipping and Handling
The turnaround time from when order is taken until dispatch will be 2 business days. Please visit our Holiday Schedule and plan your case ordering ahead of time to avoid delayed delivery.
The Center will use Express Mail Service (EMS) to deliver its orders with fees as follow:
- For Chinese mainland customers: RMB35 per shipment
- For Hong Kong customers: US $15 per shipment
If the package of an order of Shipped Copy exceeds a certain weight, the Center will increase shipping fee accordingly and meanwhile inform the customer about the change.
Forms of Payment
Payment could be made by Bank Transfer, Bank Draft or Check.
The Center will send customers quarterly due payment reports by the 2nd business day after a quarter ends via email. Customers are required to pay according to due payment reports issued by the Center no later than the 10th business day of the month.
For customers in the Chinese mainland:
Payment should be made in RMB. On the reports we send out, customers will find the due payment amount in RMB which are calculated according to the selling rate between US dollar and Renminbi of that day. For information about current exchange rate, please visit Bank of China Exchange Rate.
For customers in Hong Kong:
Payment should be made in US dollars.
