Major responsibilities:
- Visitor registration and guest receiving;
- Picking up and screening the telephone calls;
- Letter, newspaper, fax sending and receiving;
- Luggage and taxi service;
- Booking tickets and hotel reservation for staff, professor and student;
- Classroom reservation;
- Coordinating with the property give the full support on courses;
- Making Welcome signs and the information TV-show;
- Payment of suppliers.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor degree;
- At least one year working experience in administration or related job function;
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing;
- Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. word, excel, power point);
- Excellent and communication skills;
- Honest, hospitable and friendly, patient and efficient, detailed oriented;
- High sense of responsibility, quick responsive & cooperative, proactive and good manner of receptionist.
