Major Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Director in daily operation and management of Human Resource Department;
- Assist Director in improving and consolidating the school’s strategy-oriented Human Resource Management System;
- Be responsible for implementations of the Key HR tasks or projects;
- Be responsible for improving and carrying forward Staffing Strategy and Talent Development;
- Other tasks assigned by HR Director.
Basic Job Requirements:
- Full-time Bachelor or Master Degree in Top Universities, major in Human Resource or relevant field;
- At least 15-year HR and 8-year managerial position experience in world-famous institutions/organizations;
- In-depth knowledge of best HR practice in top international corporations;
- Expert in all HR functions, especially in OD and Talent Development;
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
- Global vision, big picture, dedicated, self-disciplinary and for Excellence;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
