IT Support (Helpdesk) Engineer - 深圳 - 00232

Shenzhen Office

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver support service to teaching activities;
  2. Deliver support service to end-user, including faculty, staff and students;
  3. Deliver support service to school events;
  4. Develop and maintain Shenzhen Office Documents Filing System; maintain and manage office facilities and teaching equipments.
  5. Assist to build new campus network; maintain and manage Shenzhen office network, including wired network and Wi-Fi
  6. Maintain IT documents and service guides.


Job Requirements:

  1. Strong sense of responsibility;
  2. Strong sense of customer oriented;
  3. Strong problem solving skill;
  4. Strong learning ability
  5. Must be a good team player and self-motivated
  6. Bachelor degree, and Computer Science or related major.
  7. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  8. Solid knowledge about usage of MS Office 2010/2013/Office online, WinXP/Win7/Win8/Win10, MacOS. Be familiar with support to iOS and Android
  9. Well-known in Ethernet, Wi-Fi and daily network troubleshooting;
  10. Competent in resolving issues of both hardware and software.
  11. Proficiency in the concept of MS AD and system virtualization.
  12. Well-known in comprehensive cabling.
  13. Well-known in web application service is preferred.
  14. Having experience in project management is preferred.
