What's CEIBS MBA Group Consulting Project(GCP)?
The CEIBS Group Consulting Project (GCP) program offers participating companies the opportunity to have well-trained talented students working on projects under the supervision of the School's world-class Faculty. Each project team includes 4-5 CEIBS MBA students who possess an average of 6 years work experience prior to joining the MBA program. CEIBS MBA students' education and experience make them well qualified to finish the Group Consulting Projects successfully.
Companies are invited to prepare and submit projects that can be accomplished in 7 weeks by a team of CEIBS MBA Students. Each Student team is assigned a CEIBS Faculty Mentor; the sponsor company assigns a Company Mentor. Upon completion of the project, each team delivers its findings through a formal presentation and written report. The Company Mentor is expected to evaluate the performance of the team, as will the CEIBS Faculty Mentor.
Previous CEIBS GCP client companies have typically been very impressed with the results from their projects. They have found it particularly valuable to receive analyses of an issue from the viewpoint of a third party.
