Campus presentation is one of the most effective ways for company to create awareness among students and attract candidates.

Recruiters can post openings on CDC intranet to which all graduating students can get access.
- Direct Contact
Recruiters can directly contact candidates who match their specific profiles and backgrounds.
- Recruitment Fair
Based on students' needs, job fair may be organized outside of Shanghai, most likely in Beijing and/or Shenzhen. Companies in the host city or surrounding area can meet with students who are willing to develop career in that geographic area.
Be advisor to MBA students:
One of CDC's main responsibilities is to help students find their career instead of landing a job.
- Self-assessment test
Students are provided with world leading self-assessment tool that helps them explore and identify their career interest.
- Career Counseling
Career counseling is offered to students on individual basis. CDC consultants provide personalized advice and help students identify strengths and weaknesses, develop career strategy and planning, as well as improve job-searching skills such as resume composition and interview.
Be facilitator of interaction between companies and students
To make the best fit between companies and students, CDC provides various opportunities for corporate clients to know about students and students know about companies.
- Practicum (GCP)
Students form groups of 4-6 to solve real world problems provided by host companies. On completion of GCP, students provide formal report and recommend solutions to the problem.
- Workshop
Workshop program is designed to enhance corporate clients' image among students while enriching MBA participants' job market information and job searching skills. Workshop topics range from industry overview, function knowledge to resume writing and interview skills.
- Company visit
Company visit is the best way for recruiters to present themselves and attract qualified candidates. Students will have a better understanding of the company's corporate culture and operations
- Mock Interview
Mock interview Mock interviews allow students to practice and improve their interview skills. Mock interviewers, on the other hand, can take this opportunity to observe and identify qualified candidates.
