EU-China MBA Student Exchange Scholarships The BMT Project supports a series of Exchange-to-Europe and Exchange-to-China Scholarships that enable European and Chinese MBA students and alumni -- especially those from the disadvantaged provinces of China and from new member states of the EU -- to overcome the high financial barrier of travel and living costs which prevent them from participating in such exchanges.
The BMT Project will fund 20 students a year to undertake these exchanges.
Ten Exchange-to-Europe Scholarships are available each year to CEIBS MBA students to undertake a one semester exchange programme with partner schools within the EU. Selection of scholarship winners are based on their leadership abilities and potential as well as the need for financial assistance. Please contact Ms. Claudia Schafer for more information.
Ten Exchange-to-China Scholarships are available each year to post-graduate business students from selected schools to undertake a one semester exchange programme at CEIBS. For 2008, the schools selected are:
IESE, Barcelona, Spain --2 scholarships
London Business School, London, England --2 scholarships
E M Lyon, Lyon, France--2 scholarships
Warsaw School, Warsaw, Poland -- 2 scholarships
Central European University Business School, Budapest, Hungary -- 2 scholarships
Interested students should contact their International Programme Officer at their respective schools.
The Exchange Scholarships comprises of a travel budget and a per diem for the period spent in the host country (limited to a maximum of 100 days).
Scholarship recipients are expected to write a report on their exchange experience and are required to undertake a research project specified by the BMT Project Manager.
