Chapter 1  General Principles

Article 1 The name of the foundation is Shanghai China Europe International Business School Education Development Foundation.

Article 2 The foundation is a Non-Public Solicitation Foundation.

Article 3 Purpose of the foundation: in support of business education, and develop outstanding business entrepreneurs and highly competent management professionals  and to serve the China’s economic and social development.

Article 4 Amount of initial fund of the foundation is RMB three million financed from the transfer of the existing donation funds of China Europe International Business School, and donations from alumni and other entities.

Article 5 The registration and administration authority of the foundation is Shanghai Bureau of Civil Affairs, and its business administration authority is Education Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government.

Article 6 Domicile of the foundation is 699 Hongfeng Road, Pudong Shanghai, China, inside China Europe International Business School.

Chapter 2  Business Scope

Article 7 Business scope of public interest activities of the foundation:
(1) support teaching and researching activities in business education;
(2) attract outstanding faculty and applicants;
(3) ensure appreciation of foundation assets.
