Introduction
CEIBS Alumni Human Resources Management (HRM) Research Association is a professional interest club founded by the CEIBS Alumni. It is a platform where CEIBS alumni especially in HRM field can share information and resources, provide opportunities of lifelong learning and self-development. The Association aims to be a leading organization of human resource management and a consulting center that can offer HRM solutions for all kinds of organizations.
The Association was established on October10th 2003. Up to the present, it has attracted more than 140 members, most of them have solid working experience in HRM in JVs, SOEs, MNCs and private companies. The activities they conducted include forums, seminars and company visits.
Since establishment, the Association invited more than 10 well-known professionals with rich experiences in the HRM arena to host series seminars and forums. It is an excellent learning opportunity to members. In addition, members also took the chance of company visits to absorb hand-on experience on HRM, and to improve and professional capability.
