Some 30 alumni and students gather at CEIBS Lujiazui International Finance Research Center on the night of 3rd April to attend the lecture on “Assessment Centre of Human Resources Management” by CEIBS Alumni (HRM) Research Association.

After a short welcome speech by the Vice president, Mr. Gao Hang, two senior HR professionals, Victor He and Kai Martinsen introduce the core concept of HR Assessment Center and how to choose the suitable assessment tool for the company in a particular level. Two lecturers also answer the questions from audience about the criteria for assessment centre, the evaluation of suitability and the advantages and limitation of different assessment strategies.

The seminar gains a quite positive feedback and all participants hope in the future more similar events will be held.
