As the important event of Alumni HRM of CEIBS in 2007 , HRM invites Ms Feng Wen-jun, the Talent Management Director of Baxter Asia Pacific Company, to have a speech on “Development Methods of Employees with High Potentials” at 18:00 on Dec. 10 at Haworth Shanghai Creativity Center.

Ms Feng provides detailed introduction of key methods of exploring individual’s potential,  which is popular  nowadays in the world . Refering to the development target and trend of Chinese company HR,Ms explains development model for employees with high potentials,including Action Learning,ExecutiveCoaching etc.What’s more, Ms Feng has a discussion with attendees on porpular issues of training employees with high potentials in China and Asia Pacific region.
