First Temporary Council Meeting of Alumni Association Shang Hai Branch was held at 17:00 on Aug 2 2007  in VIP room on  Shang Hai  campus. Ten persons of President ,Vice Presidents, General Secretary, vice General Secretaries and representatives of Alumni Relations Office attended the meeting.This is the first council meeting after the setting up of Shang Hai chapter.All participants expressed their opinions on topics of relationship between regional chapters and clubs, organization management of Shang Hai chapter, and event schedule etc.Fluent communication channel is suggested to set up, of which council meeting should be held every one month.The event on behalf of Shang Hai chapter is planned to proceed recently.
