When people still immerse around the treacle dream on Saturday morning, some 20 members and alumni have already gathered in CEIBS Shanghai campus to prepare the forthcoming Nantong trip organized by CEIBS alumni marketing association club. Along with the startup of big bus, the activity opens its prologue.
After four hours, visitors arrive the renowned Buddhism Mountain - wolf hill, which is tall, straight and beautiful although it’s not as forceful as the mountains in the north China. In terms of the introduction of Mr. Wang Zhicheng (Student of EMBA 06), this hill, as the "central school"of Buddhism area, is formed by the hands of Buddha in fairy tale. Under the glamorous illustration of Mr. Wang, members who wear the CEIBS-logo t-shirt achieve the peak of the hill without any break and enjoy the fun from this trip.
After leaving the wolf hill, visitors rush to the pilot store of MUYE Company. By holding abundant ideas and suggestions on the store, the visitors gather in the meeting room to start discussion. Under the guide of Mr. Wang Zhicheng who introduces the history of MUYE, the developing plan and the current puzzle, the participators discuss various areas, including the current developing edge of MUYE, the targeted marketing, the sales channel and the sales mode from which the final debate focuses on the B2B, B2C and branding establishment. Although there is no final decision, Mr. Wang offers his appreciation as numerous creative ideas and suggestions are emerged.
Visitors leave Nantong after a very intense day. Despite from different classes and grades, the participators have already established their relationship during this day and this activity will be remembered and the next one will be expected.
