Although it’s a fervent afternoon in Shen Zhen, the passion of alumni and members of CEIBS alumni financial and investment club can not be cooled down. Some 70 alumni and members of club gather in Shenzhen on the afternoon of 23rd May, 2007 in order to attend the visiting tour on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Firstly, Mr. Wen wu(Alumnus of EMBA 04), the general secretary of financial and investment club, offers a warming presentation to each attendee of which he appreciates the arrangement of Shenzhen stock exchange for this event and the participation of alumni and club members. As the first part of CEIBS mobile class-Shenzhen, this visiting aims to bring some helps and enlightenments to each attendee. Relating to the establishment of CEIBS Lu Jia Zui financial research centre recently, the high recognition and support to finance area of CEIBS is been expressed.
Then, the vice director of market development department, on behalf of Shenzhen stock exchange, presents a splendid introduction to attendees, including the history and background of Shenzhen stock exchange, the characters of Middle and Small Enterprises Board and the cases of successful corporations, the content which generates an exciting interaction afterward between the presenter and visitors.
Where after, under the guide of representatives of Shenzhen stock exchange, attendees visit the listing hall which has already achieved no-paper transaction. Two giant transaction screens show that the abundant transactions are processing without any voice, which generates a very impressive image.
The general secretary, Mr. Wen wu, on behalf of CEIBS financial and investment club, sends the souvenirs of CEIBS alumni association to Shenzhen stock exchange and presents the heartfelt hope about future deep connection and cooperation.
Shenzhen stock exchange is initiated on1st Dec, 1990 and under the direct administration of China securities regulatory commission, which aims to construct a multi-layers stock market and create open, fair and equitable market environment. This event is planed and organized by Mr. Wen wu, alumnus of EMBA 04 and the general secretary of CEIBS financial and investment club.
