CEIBS photographer club, which is initiated on 8th, April 2005, has already undergone two years during which the club organizes various events and activities such as forum, speech, travel, exhibition and match etc., which built a very good communication channel in learning, sharing and improving photographing.
In order to celebrate the two years anniversary, the photographer club organizes a member meeting in "Nan Jiao Xiao Yuan" located in the 58, Wuhe road, Minghang section. Although the rain never stops in that working day, the passion of alumni can not be beat as some 30 club members come to this private chamber in time and celebrate this memorial day.
After a warming welcome presentation along with the dinner party, Mr. Xu JInquan (Alumnus of EMBA 99), one of the club directors, announces the name list of second club council which consists of seven members, Mr. Chen Yanbing(Alumnus of MBA96), Mr. Denghui (Alumnus of EMBA 00), Mr. Guo yufeng (Alumnus of EMBA 01), Mr. Shen peihao (Alumnus of MBA 99), Mr. Xu jingquan (Being responsible for finance management of the club), Mr. Xu hongbo (Alumnus of MBA 02) and Mr. Zhu xiangming (Alumnus of EMBA00) of which Mr. Denghui is voted as the chairman.
After then, the new chairman reviews the activities and events in the last two years and suggests the new plan in 2007 in which each club director will be in charge of several subject photographing activities individually and organize the club events together. In the area of speech and lecture, apart from the existing one focusing on photographing technique, the content about photographing equipment will be added as well.
A special award is been offered to Ms. Gu Rongjun, the club tutor in order to appreciate her contribution to club.
Where after, Mr. Chen Haiwen, the renowned photographer as the guest of this event, provides a very interesting presentation to share his successful works, which express his unique photographing spirit, strong technique ability and intelligent thinking mode to photographing.
Sincere appreciation is brought to the club council and alumni relationship office, especially to Mr. Xu jingquan who affords event place and guest invitation. 5 new members join the club through this activity.
