2007 Shanghai international boat show commences in Apr.7th, a splendid activity which also invites CEIBS alumni sailboat club to disposal its own exhibition in the show in order to reveal the abundant entertainment and relax activities of CEIBS alumni.

High-end Luxury yacht and sportive boat are the main rhythm of this show which collects massive reputable global brands such as Beneteau, Sunseeker, Fairline and Benetti. The alumni express their strong interest in this rising sport and experience internal visit in these top yachts.

During the dinner party, the core members of alumni sailing club illustrate their story relating to the period from the establishment of sailing club to building up a top-level team in the big-scale national champion, the experience which is full of suffering and happiness. The most impressive part of this unforgettable memory involves in the trust, attention and cooperation among members.

Mr. Yixuan Wen, the first Chinese traveler navigator who experienced the global navigation and who attended the 600 anniversary celebration of Cheng Ho’s voyage down the western Sea as the captain of his sailboat-“Phoenix”, also comes to the show and shares his wonderful navigating experience with all the alumni, who are interested in his legend story.

 The whole event is successfully organized and presented as almost all the alumni who attend this show express their positive will to join the sequential activities of sailing club which will organize more similar events aiming to bring navigating enjoyment to alumni.
