Established in 1993,Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Limited Company is located in Changzhou Newly & High-tech industry development Zone, occupying 26,600 square metres, possessing building of 26,000 square metres, specializing in developing, manufacturing and saling of the automotive lighting.
Xingyu products cover the China auto OEM such as Faw-VW, SVW,SGM ,PSA CHINA,MAZDA HAINAN,Chery, FORLAND ,FAW-TOYOTA and etc. Because the products are supplied in time and the quality is steady ,so our company is awarded “superior quality unit”many times .
Xingyu has a specialist team with skillful design and good cooperation, professional design the products by use of the software UG / PRO-E/CATIA. In addition, Xingyu also has stronge capability of R&D , tooling design and manufacturing by using of the machining centre and prototyping equipment.
Equipped with more than 200 sets of machine such as Plastic injection machine, UV-coating line, automatic glue applicator ,Vacuum aluminum plating ,untra-sonic welding and etc., The open capacity reaches 10 millions unit of different types of lamp. Moreover, standardized testing center is equipped in house according to the regulation of ECE, conducting various of testing for automotive lighting, including the photometry.
Certificates cover ISO 9001, QS 9000 and VDA6.1 were awarded before July 2002, TS 16949 and ISO 14000 certificates in April 2004. Furthermore, Xingyu was also awarded as Jiangsu Provincial Hi-Tech enterprise in Year 2002.
