CEIBS Alumni Golf Club Tournament of Autumn - A Hole In One Memorial Tournament for Wang Hongxin, Shao Yang and Deng Xin was successfully held on 7th of November in Shanghai Silport Golf Club.
It was 18 degrees, sunny and mild, the most suitable weather for playing golf. Almost 50 alumni joined the game, and 3 of them came from Beijing. The tee-off ceremony started at 12:00, after that, 11 holes started together. Golf players enjoyed the game and sunshine very much.
It was the fourth tournament of this year, especially organized for Wang Hongxin, Shao Yang and Deng Xin who got "hole in one" in their recent games. Hole in one is the most challenging in golf, as unusual as about only once of 100,000 times, that’s why hole in one is so precious that every golf player dreams to get it. “I didn’t know what happened, then, they told me, it really happened” said by Wang Hongxin, Shao Yang and Deng Xin with happiness and much surprise as well.
The 18-hole tournament lasted for 4 hours, after countering scores, the awarding name list was announced during the awarding dinner at 18:00.
