Mr. Zhou Weixin, CEIBS alumnus without any overseas study experience, was appointed as the General Manager of Philips Lighting China by foreign investors. After several years, the annual sales for Philips Lighting increased from 50 million to 0.4 billion. Because of his excellent performance, he was appointed as the General Manager of North Asia in Brady. As reported, the North Asia contributes 20% of total sales in Brady each year. His goal is to prove that Chinese people are capable enough to succeed in this position.

?        Graduate from Fudan University in 1984. Received his MBA degree in CEIBS in 2000
?        In 1995, he was awarded “National Science Technology Development Prize”
?        1996 to 2005, he worked in Philips Lightings as GM.
?        He is GM of North Asia in Brady at the moment.
