The development of leadership and the building of management team are always the key issues for many companies. Nowadays the business world changes and renews very fast, the organizations are longing for effective leaders. As a matter of fact, every staff is a leader in the future organizations.  As long people are capable to effectively self-manage, they will become more innovative and creative. They will be creative when they lead themselves. Thus each staff needs the training on his leadership.
But, what¡¯s the leadership indeed? It¡¯s hard to definite it. Is it influence or integrity? Is it venturing, visionable or confident? Leader is a position, his or her thoughts can lead other people¡¯s action. While leadership is different, it¡¯s kind of comforting, convincing and educating.  It is that you are able to influence others who work with you. Leadership also can transform the potential to effective action.
