TaiCang , located on the  east coast of Jiangsu province, is  now attracting more and more attention of all over the world by its rapid economic develepment. It has been well-known as the heaven of foreign investors. In May 25th, 2006, the CEIBS alumni from the TaiWan chapter and SuZhou chapter got together in the newly-built meeting room of the TaiCang ShiDai Hotel. ThIS gathering was hosted by Mr HuShijie, the president of TaiWan alumni chapter. Ms Li Zhengrong, the director of Alumni Relations Office, made a briefing remark to all participants. She was very glad to attend gathering which was first time jointly organized by two regional chapters.

Director Guo who is the director of TaiCang TaiWan office and Secretary Gao of TaiCang's from local government agency jointly presented an introduction about Taicang¡¯s economic development and policy of investment to the audiences.  Mr Zhang Weiyue , the TaiWan students of EMBA06, shared his personal experience of his investment in Taicang. Mr Zhu Minjun, who is the alumni of EMBA02 and working in Shanghai  JiaoDa Nanyang Co. Ltd.; ,also introduced the property investment of his company over there.

During the event, two chapter's alumni have quickly become the friends with the same title of ¡°CEIBS ALUMNI¡±. As President Hu said" I have been lived in Shanghai for 6 years, it seemed that I came to Mainland just because of CEIBS. Now I have returned to Taiwan, it seemed that I did everything also because of CEIBS¡¯ development." The study experience at CEIBS makes a lifelong influence on each of them.
