On the afternoon of March 24th, a unique wine tasting seminar took place at CEIBS Academic Center 2. Mr. Bing Li, education manager of the ASC Fine Wines (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was invited by Alumni Wine Tasting Saloon to present to over 50 MBA students about the basics of French wine and its current marketing in China.

Under the guidance of Mr. Li, the students finally were able to relax from the daily stress of learning and get a taste of some great white wine and red wine. The male students changed their usual habit of focusing on drinking, and were able to slowly appreciate the different tastes of wine, under the guidance of the wine testers. This focus allowed them to appear more gentlemen-like. This wine tasting festival also attracted many of our female students; their red cheeks showing after drinking the wine let them appear even more beautiful and attractive.

All the laughs made this wine tasting seminar feel very cordial. With the ¡°observe, smell, taste¡± personal tryout and interaction with the wine tasters, everyone not only learned to evaluate the wine¡¯s age, location and other basic knowledge, but also learned how different foreign alcoholic beverages are selling in China. Everyone was learning factual knowledge and tasting different kinds of wine, showing that learning and action can be combined, allowing this wine tasting event to be even more meaningful.
